Our stay was exceptional with attentive staff, beautiful decor, and delicious food. We enjoyed breakfast in our room and the hotel's location close to the city center was convenient for sightseeing. Additionally, the hotel arranged for a taxi at a reasonable rate, making our trip stress-free.

We had an amazing experience at this luxurious hotel. The setting of this venue is absolutely stunning, nestled in a picturesque valley with breathtaking views of the surrounding volcanic mountains. This hidden gem is an ideal base for visiting the nearby city center. the uniquely designed rooms feature charming Ecuadorian artifacts and wood, burning fireplaces for ultra, coziness. the breakfast menu offers a delightful selection of fresh fruit juices and warm pancakes. the friendly staff is always on hand, and the atmospheric bar is a perfect spot for post, dinner drinks. Don't forget to check out the llamas in the garden.

Great Food and Service: the hotel's food and service were the best things about it. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the food was good and the restaurant menu was easy to read and understand. Beautiful Location: the hotel's scenic location was beautiful and breathtaking. It was located near the mountains, providing a great environment for a relaxing vacation.
Lack of Activities: There weren't many activities to do at the hotel during the xmas season. This made the stay boring and uneventful.
